Access to the services offered through GetGoVip’s website requires users to provide the personal information requested during the online booking process.
In accordance with the provisions of Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter referred to as the “Data Protection Law”), GetGoVip informs that, upon submission of a service request, user information will be stored and processed in files owned by GetGoVip for the purpose of providing, supplying, and fulfilling its services, as well as for sending information and promotional material regarding offers, promotions, and suggestions provided by GetGoVip, along with customer survey and analysis forms. In order to personalize these services and tailor them to users’ interests and needs, thereby enabling us to deliver the best offers in the market, please notify us of any changes to the data provided.
GetGoVip also informs that the user may at any time exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation, or objection to the use of their personal data stored on GetGoVip servers. For the user’s convenience, they may exercise the aforementioned rights by sending an email to reservation@getgovip.com.
In accordance with Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law and considering the nature of the services provided by GetGoVip through its website both nationally and internationally, the User consents to the transfer of their personal data within the GetGoVip group or to other collaborating companies for the purpose of successfully providing, supplying, and executing contracted services, communicating important information and promotions, and sending customer surveys and statistical forms.
When you contract a transfer service through our website, GetGoVip may transmit your personal information to local Suppliers and Agents (local transport operators, taxi services, airport authorities, customs, etc.) who will use your personal information for the purpose of fulfilling the contracted service.
Finally, pursuant to Article 34.e) of the Data Protection Law, the User consents to the transfer of their personal data by GetGoVip to the parties mentioned above and for the purposes specified in the Terms and Conditions, including parties in countries that may not offer a level of protection equivalent to that under the Data Protection Law.
GetGoVip ensures the confidential use of personal data entered by the User on the website and that the server storing and processing this data possesses the necessary security measures to prevent unauthorized access by third parties.
- GetGoVip is limited to collecting and using personal data necessary to provide high-quality, personalized service, as well as offers and opportunities from other companies that GetGoVip believes may be of interest and benefit to the User.
- GetGoVip collects information, particularly about Users’ preferences, through data provided directly by the User and via traffic analysis data, including the use of cookies (see below).
- When the User purchases a transfer service via the website, they must provide personal information such as name, email address, telephone number, postal address, flight details, and arrival/accommodation information. After completing the reservation process and accepting the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, the User will be redirected to the CES-certified virtual payment platform of the financial institution La Caixa or PayPal (depending on customer preference). GetGoVip will never have access to your credit or debit card numbers or other banking details.
- If the User participates in any contest or promotion, GetGoVip will request the User’s name, postal address, and email address to organize the contest or promotion and to notify the winner or winners.
- By subscribing to GetGoVip newsletters or news bulletins and by expressly accepting to receive such communications, the User also consents to the possibility of receiving promotions and special offers within the scope of newsletters and news bulletins, as well as other communications containing information intended exclusively for the User.
- GetGoVip will not transmit the User’s personal information to any third party not directly involved in or related to the successful completion of the service requested by the User. However, it may be possible for such information to be transferred to third parties with whom GetGoVip has commercial agreements related to the fulfillment of services requested through GetGoVip’s website. Furthermore, GetGoVip may communicate global statistics related to sales, customers, web traffic, and other information concerning the website. However, such information will not include any personally identifiable data.
- Any modification, correction, or cancellation of User information must be made in writing to the email address reservation@getgovip.com.
- The website and software are hosted on servers that encrypt all information. Additionally, GetGoVip applies strict security procedures for data storage and disclosure, in accordance with the provisions of Article 9 of Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data (LOPD), to prevent unauthorized access.
- GetGoVip expressly commits to not selling services or sending offers or information to minors whenever possible. Minors are not permitted to register for any service in their own name through our website. We remind parents, legal representatives, and guardians that they should monitor their children’s use of the internet. If a parent or legal representative discovers that a minor has subscribed to any of our web services, they must notify us immediately so we can proceed to remove the relevant registration and all personal data.
