USER AGREEMENT
1. PARTIES
This agreement is entered into and becomes effective upon the completion of the membership registration by the User (hereinafter referred to as “User”) benefiting from the conditions specified in this agreement via the Transportation business line Doz page under the Sustainability section of İleriyi Gezin Tourism and Travel Agency Ltd. Co. (hereinafter referred to as “GetGoVip”) on getgovip.com.
2. DEFINITIONS
- Site: Refers to the Transportation business line Doz page under the Sustainability section on getgovip.com.
- User/Member: Refers to individuals benefiting from the services provided by GetGoVip under the terms and conditions specified in this agreement and its annexes.
- System Access Tools: Refers to information known only to the User, such as username, password, code, or any other credentials used to manage the User’s account or access the application.
- Communication Channels: Refers to instant notifications, email, SMS, MMS, telephone, or other communication methods.
- Message: Refers to messages sent by GetGoVip to Users for marketing, research, information, or similar purposes, which Users have permitted to receive.
3. PURPOSE
The purpose of the Site is to enable Users to apply, participate, obtain information, personalize, improve, and develop services within the scope of GetGoVip’s Transportation Business Line.
As the services provided through the Site may vary, additional terms, procedures, or product requirements may be implemented as necessary. Any additional terms will automatically become part of this agreement when services are used.
4. SUBJECT AND SCOPE
4.1. The subject of this agreement is to define the products and services offered to the User, the conditions for benefiting from these products and services, and the rights and obligations of the parties.
4.2. By accepting the provisions of this agreement, the User also accepts any notifications and/or declarations made or to be made by GetGoVip regarding the use, membership, and services on the Site. The User declares and undertakes to act in accordance with the provisions stated in GetGoVip’s notifications and declarations.
5. MEMBERSHIP AND TERMS OF USE
5.1. The Site is generally accessible to the public, but certain services are arranged solely for Users.
5.2. Even if the registration of an application that does not meet the conditions is completed, the User cannot benefit from any rights or authorities.
5.3. GetGoVip may unilaterally terminate this agreement at any time, without notice, without providing any compensation, immediately enforceable, terminate the membership, and end the User’s access to the Site.
6. MUTUAL RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
6.1. User Rights and Obligations
- User must comply with all terms in this agreement, rules set by GetGoVip, and applicable legislation.
- User acknowledges GetGoVip can disclose information to authorities or business partners as legally required.
- User is responsible for keeping system access tools confidential.
- User confirms accuracy and legality of content they provide.
- User acknowledges that actions and submissions are independent, and they have no claims against GetGoVip.
- Users may only use products and services lawfully and are responsible for legal consequences.
- User will not infringe GetGoVip’s or third-party rights on Site content.
- All rights to the Site are reserved; copying without permission is prohibited.
- User and GetGoVip are independent; this agreement does not establish partnership, representation, or employment.
- User consents to contact for advertisements and marketing.
- By completing the relevant forms and confirming acceptance, User declares eligibility. Otherwise, GetGoVip may terminate access.
6.2. GetGoVip Rights and Obligations
- GetGoVip can change products, services, content, restrict access, or delete User content without notice.
- Links to external sites do not imply endorsement.
- GetGoVip may use User data for security, statistics, audits, demographics, marketing.
- GetGoVip can reorganize or suspend the Site/services without prior notice.
- Access may be restricted to protect network security or prevent malfunctions.
- GetGoVip is not liable for damages caused by errors, software issues, viruses, or system failures.
7. SECURITY
- System is monitored for security breaches, but unforeseeable risks exist.
- Users must create complex passwords and prevent third-party access.
8. PRIVACY
- GetGoVip may disclose/use User info to third parties per policies but outside scope of this Agreement.
- Privacy policy explains handling and protection of personal data; Users agree to its use.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All elements of the Site (design, text, images, logos, icons, software codes, etc.) are owned by GetGoVip or licensed. Copying, modifying, reproducing, publishing, or using without permission is prohibited. Violations incur legal liability.
10. CHANGES TO THE AGREEMENT
GetGoVip may unilaterally change this Agreement or provisions at any time. Changes take effect on specified date or immediately if no date given.
11. FORCE MAJEURE
Force majeure includes natural disasters, riots, wars, strikes, attacks on the Site/system, and other unavoidable events beyond reasonable control.
12. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
Turkish Law governs this Agreement. Disputes are resolved by Istanbul Central Courts and Enforcement Offices. GetGoVip’s records are considered definitive evidence.
13. EFFECTIVENESS
- User confirms they have read, understood, and accepted all provisions and the accuracy of provided information.
- This Agreement becomes effective upon electronic acceptance and applies with annexes.
DECLARATION: I DECLARE AND UNDERTAKE THAT I HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, ACCEPTED THIS AGREEMENT AND WILL ACT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
